Margaret is dual qualified (Australia and England & Wales). She is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and an accredited member of Resolution (specialist subjects complex financial matters and private children issues)
She sits on the Dispute Resolution and the Skills and Support committees of Resolution First for Family developing and shaping non- court based processes and providing courses to fellow practitioners.
Margaret is a contributing author to the Resolution Family Disputes Hand Book. She has appeared on TV and published articles in professional and national journals.
